Physical exercise by cycling can slow down menopause in men, the period when testosterone levels in their bodies decline because of age.

Studies have found men who practice cycling in 100 years can run 100 kilometers in just 6.5 hours, with male menopause appearing later in life, according to the Daily. Mail.

Menopause causes testosterone levels in older men to fall, leading to fatigue, low sexual desire , and depression.

Then, the new scientists compared the body's data of 125 people to those with normal health. The results showed that even though the testosterone levels of men with bicycles are equal to normal people in middle age. Their body fat percentage is less than half that of their peers, not fat, which accounts for 20% of body fat instead of 30% of normal weight.

For women, excess fat in the cyclist is only 28% of body weight, while the non-exercising 40%
